David Oliver Relin was an American journalist and co-author of Three Cups of Tea, published by Random House US in 2006. Relin was a contributing editor for Parade and Skiiing magazines. He won over forty national awards for his work as a writer and editor, including the coveted Kiriyama Prize. He died in November 2012.
